Ordering
Sending an order request on this site does not create a charge or a contract. We review the request, confirm the plan fits, and email a payment link. The service starts when that payment is made.
Monthly plans and one round of work
A monthly plan renews each month at the published price until you cancel. A one-round purchase covers a single month of the plan's work and does not renew. Prices are the ones on the pricing page on the day you order.
Canceling
To stop, email support@richmondseo.company before the next month begins; the plan ends when the month you paid for runs out. Stopping costs nothing and there is no minimum number of months. Whatever was delivered before then is yours to keep.
What we deliver
The pricing page sets out what each plan delivers: the number of searches we target, work on your Google Business Profile, citations and reviews, and a set count of placed articles, platform pages and second-tier links. Your monthly report names each link we built, where it lives, which of your pages it supports and the words it uses. A reported link that goes dead is replaced once you tell us.
No guarantees
Google and other search engines rank pages by their own rules and revise those rules often. We promise no particular position, amount of traffic, number of inquiries or date, and nothing on this site is meant as such a promise. The case studies describe what happened for other businesses in the past.
Your accounts and content
Your website, domain, Google Business Profile and other accounts remain yours. We ask for the access we need (for example, manager access to your profile), never for ownership, and we return or remove our access when you leave. Content we write for you under a paid plan or project is yours once paid.
Your part
You confirm that the information you give us about your business is accurate and that you are allowed to have us work on the accounts you share. Rules for your profession (for example, bar or licensing board advertising rules) are yours to decide; we follow your instructions on them.
Websites, content plans and quoted work
Websites start at the published price and are quoted in writing per project; reputation work is quoted per case. The written quote you accept sets the scope and price for that work.
Liability
If something goes wrong, the most we owe on any claim about our services is what you paid us for the month the problem happened in. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits among them.
