The short version
We collect what you type into our forms and the assistant, use it to answer you and to do the work you ask for, and keep it in our email and our contact list. We sell nothing to anyone, run no advertising trackers, and use no analytics on this site at the moment.
What we collect
When you send a form (the free snapshot, an order request, a call request, the contact form or a question left with the assistant) we receive what you entered: usually your name, email, business name, website, the places you serve and your message. A call request also carries the day, time and call type you chose, and your phone number if you asked us to call it.
Questions left with the assistant include the questions and answers you went through before leaving it, so we can see what you already read.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a snapshot, quote or call, to send a payment link you asked for, and to deliver and report on the work if you become a client. We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Who processes it for us
Brevo sends our notification emails and the automatic reply you receive, and stores your contact in our list so a request is not lost. Cloudflare runs the spam check on our forms (SpamGate) and forwards email sent to our address. Vercel hosts the website. Each handles the data only to provide that service.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The assistant keeps your conversation in your browser tab (session storage) so it survives a page change; it disappears when you close the tab. Cloudflare's spam check may use its own short-lived data to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We retain email and contact-list records until they are removed through a records review or a deletion request. There is no automatic deletion deadline. We may retain records needed to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Your choices
Write to support@richmondseo.company to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We answer within one business day and act within thirty days.
Do Not Track
Browser Do Not Track signals do not change how this site operates. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version appears here with its date. This version is dated October 21, 2026.
